I work with pregnant and post partum individuals providing individualized and dedicated care. I want to help you manage pregnancy aches and pains; continue to participate in the activities you love including weight lifting, crossfit, and pilates; and be informed and prepared for the labor and delivery you want. After your birth, I can come to your home within 24 hours and help you have a positive and safe start to your postpartum journey, guiding you from those first days on so that you don't have to guess or google what is safe or normal.
Postpartum and recovery from pregnancy and delivery doesn't end at 6 weeks, but that doesn't mean you have to accept your body as it is at that 6 week mark. I can guide you back to the activities that brought you joy before pregnancy and address any issues including leaking (pee or poop), prolapse, pain with sex, diastasis, back pain or more.
I help parents create attainable solutions so that they can reconnect with what makes them happy and rediscover their best selves.
